Song Made For You provides an AI-powered platform that generates personalized songs, lyrics, and audio files based on user-provided input.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content and Ownership

The Service generates unique musical content.

  • Your Input: You retain rights to the original stories and memories you provide.
  • Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these terms and any applicable payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated songs and lyrics for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Restricted Use: You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' intellectual property rights.

5. Payments and Refunds

Song packs are sold as a one-time purchase only. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewal — you pay once for a fixed number of credits, which do not expire.

Fees are disclosed in your selected currency at the time of purchase. A purchase can be refunded up until you submit your first song request; once generation begins, that purchase — including any remaining unused credits from the same pack — becomes non-refundable. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the generated content will meet your specific aesthetic expectations or be free from errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Song Made For You be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
